Great service, dispenser is just what is needed.

Sturdy and good quality. The dispenser DOES NOT come with a roll so you must buy a refill with your dispenser order. ONLY Lakeland products will fit this. I found fitting the roll a bit of a fiddle. It works well and since all other supermarket cling wraps are rubbish it is worth the investment. I would have given this 5 stars but I do think it should come with a roll pre-fitted.

I particularily like this model of the Wrapmaster because it still comes with a spindle and fitments inside so that I can buy any make of cling film for economy. Some dispensers are seemingly made to only fit the genuine refills.

After struggling for years with crappy supermarket cling film I bought this dispenser. It works splendidly and I simply don't understand how anyone can rate it negatively. it's sturdy, the cutter is razor sharp and the lid clips shut. Supermarket cling film won't fit but the recommended rolls whilst more expensive are infinitely better quality (thicker and stretchy). It now sits permanently on our kitchen worktop and I wish I'd bought one years ago.

We bought this after using one at a relative's house and were impressed by how easily and well it worked. What we didn't know was that regular, shop bought rolls of cling film don't actually fit into it - you have to buy lakeland cling film, which is quite a bit more expensive. The description of the item, while it states that 'Our 150 metre Super Cling and 20 metre Strong FoilWrapmaster Refills fit it perfectly.' it fails to mention that regular rolls don't fit. A bit misleading and monopolising. We can't comment on how well it works as we've yet to use it. We're we're still using up our old stuff before investing in theirs.

It’s by far the best cutter I have ever bought, and there’s been quite a few. It never gets stuck like others where you end up getting a piece of cling film all stuck together, it’s a clean cut every time and the cling film is there waiting for you when you open it no fiddling about trying to find the end. Another useful feature is It stays put when using it. I love this cutter and if I could give more than 5 stars I most certainly would.

Wish it came in other colors. This was a replacement for an broken Wrapmaster.
