20 volt and somewhere around 35 to 40 pound Torque. Power switch is easy to use to control this ratchet. And I do like the battery placement on this ratchet. Has a nice charger. Size and functionality play an important part. And has a good price. Would I buy it again? Yes, if I needed one just like it. DRL

Haven't used yet. Lighter than other ratchets. Sparks in motor so likely NOT "brusheles". Head is small compared to others. Extension is less than 3". Hand grip feels comfortable, not thick like others. Trigger shouldn't get snagged by wires or other components. Batteries seem to be proprietary, not compatible with Makita. (was hoping)

It started smoking with first use to take bolts off. Plan to keep it any way. Just to put bolts on then tighten with a wrench

I used it to remove a few 10mm, 12mm, 14mm and 17mm bolts and it worked great. It seemingly is not meant to be used on bolt larger than 17mm so keep this in mind before you buy. The batteries seem to hold their charge well. To avoid damaging the motor make sure to loosen the bolt manually before using the electric one. My unit came in a 20” long bag rather than a case, but I don’t mind that.

I purchased this unit to use around the garage. I had a old B&D one from back in the day. Useful. So I recieved it and noticed that you had to turn the end of the cord in the charger to make the charger work. Not really ideal. Called Amazon and found that there are no parts available at this time. Just needed a charger. I liked the feel and weight. I wanted to keep it. Sadly I had to return and get credit. That was disappointing. The return was a head ache, by the transport company. They send a message asking for instruction for the pick up. After 5, Monday to Friday. As I work. Or weekends. I get a notice that they would be at my house for 10 am on Tuesday. Can't let them know not to because it's all automated. Then a call comes to me at 330. They want to come then. I explain that I can't and the why's. Can they come after 5 like original instruction. They won't be in the area. Helping his friend with other deliveries. Tomorrow he asks. At 10. Again no I explain I can't. It has to be after 5. They hang up. No good bye no nothing. Ummm ok I get home after 5. Making supper and a knock to the door and some guy is there. Here to pick up he says. Oh. Ok. Can I see some ID please I ask. There's no markings on the van. He calls the other guy in the van. He comes up. What is wrong he asks, all attitude like. I explain I'm just wondering who and where and maybe a bill of lading or something would be nice to. He goes to leave. What the?? Ok dude what?? He comes back. Long story short, to late I know, I get a photo of the order to pick up and the credit goes through. I order another. Like I said. Like the feel. The quality of the tool seems ok Get it, plug it in, same thing. Play with the cord to make it charge. A little twist is all. Irritating. How long will it last?
