Freeze Dried Cat & Dog Treats, Healthy Chicken Cube Weight Control 5 Ounce

I have been using Pet Supplies Plus their brand, Redford freeze dried chicken for years. It’s lately gotten to where half the bag is dust, and the other chicken pieces are clumped together so bad, as well as very hard to chew. I bought this as a Hail Mary to replace the freeze dried from Pet Supplies Plus. And I am so glad I did as each little square is exactly like the picture. You can cut them easily, you can break them apart and use them as topping on top of the wet pate cat food, as example . But mainly they are chewable. Again, the product arrives exactly like the photo. I’m very pleased and will be ordering these monthly for my Diabetic kitty. A single protein food, which is a great snack.

I love your product, however Amazon promised delivery today and it looks like they are going to screw it up again. Customer service from Amazon is nonexistent! I will have to cancel I'm afraid.

I've been using these for a meal topper for my picky guy and he absolutely loves them! He doesn't take treats very often, and doesn't stomach wet food well. I wanted to make sure he was receiving his needed protein and these have been a life saver! I squeeze them and crumble them over the top of his food, but they also work well as treats whole, and it takes some force to get them to crumble. It's so much easier than buying and boiling raw chicken every couple days. The smell: the cubes themselves are not smelly. The only time you seem to get a funky odor is if you smell the inside of the container. When they're out and in the food, they do not smell at all. I use my hands to crumble them, and never notice a bad odor on them before washing them. These work great as a high value treat and training for dogs too! Our girl unfortunately has now crossed the rainbow bridge, but they were her favorite as well.

My cat Anubis will eat anything so it was no surprise his chunky lil self loves these. My little one Cerberus is super picky and she only ever eats a few licks of her wet foods and when it comes to treats she will only eat these fancy feast “chocolate” bars (they look like chocolate n have beef n salmon flavors) but she loses her mind for these and my wiener dogs are also a huge fan too and so is my mouse. I love the amount the large comes with and know my babies are happy n satisfied. I love that the prices are not too big! They’re about the size of a fingernail and even my little 7 pound cat has no issues eating them. My mouse loves them as well and they’re not too big for me to give her a piece every other day. They’re also really easy to crush up into shreds to top on top of dry kibble. I personally found that taking two or three and grinding them together, shreds them perfectly and if you just rub your fingers together a bit longer with those shreds, they do turn into dust so if you’re looking to give your pets just extra protein and they don’t like the actual tree aspect, turning it into a dust might help.

Excellent product. Uniform sized squares. I feed these to my cat as a supplement along with other foods. She is elderly and has difficulty with crunchy food. She loves the texture of these and eats them dry. She still wants the texture of a crunchy food without the difficulty of chewing and these fit the bill. What they lack is what I'll call the odor of blood. Unpleasant to humans perhaps but desirable to cats. Some other brands have this and she prefers them a bit.

Both the cat and dog Ike these. No offensive smell. It’s part of their morning snack treat with freeze dried lollipops I feed, and of course water.

My cat and two dogs always look for this container when they want a treat. Plain freeze dried chicken seems to be their favorite. Also good for training purposes No sticky messes my Kitty even meows for it.

My cats didn't like it , which is bad sign already. They prefer the previous brand which is not made in China. I also noticed this product is treated with radiation. The process is banned or avoided in rest of world. I am not happy indeed. Please make the description very clear. I switched back to made in USA. I can't feel good feeding anything from China especially after the pet treats and supplies incident years back...... which killed so many pets here and around the world. They haven't learned much from that incident. Trust me on that.
