It’s 1% of bakuchiol. Higher percentage of bakuchiol does not mean more effective. Study shows 1 percent is most effective. Thank you!!

What is the concentration?

For maximum effectiveness, Bakuchiol should be used between 0.5% and 1% and at a pH no greater than 6.5. our bakuchiol PH is 4.5 - 6.5. Bakuchiol is most effective at 1% concentration. Our Bakuchiol serum consists of 1% bakuchiol (=10000ppm) and 99% Butylene Glycol (moisturizing ingredient = thick water-soluble moisturizer, Butylene Glycol is safe within the wide concentration range currently used in cosmetics products.)
