What’s the difference between this set and the set of Copic “ciao” of 12?

The set you mention has a selection of various colours. Mines were all shades of warm grey

Hi i’ve ordered a set of 12 neutral grey and now panicking that i should have ordered “sketch”. what’s the difference please?

COPIC have the squary body and 2 different leads (one very thin, and the other one a bit squary) COPIC SKETCH have a thinner body, Also 2 different leads (one is very thin too but the other one is more like a sort of feather). Have a look at copic website, all the answers are there. Alex

What is the difference between these and the Ciao markers by copic please?

The Copic Ciao have 2 ml of tank while the Markers are much more, besides the fact that the latter are available in 214 tones compared to the 180 of the Ciao. Finally also the tips are different because the Marker has a rigid precision instead of the Ciao that has a brush: both have a second chisel tip.
