Since I had ordered the tru height, growth gummies and very much enjoyed the product. I decided to try the tru height, growth, protein shake. I ordered the vanilla powdered flavor. And you put two scoops in a 12 ounce glass of water or milk and it taste delicious and yet healthy. And the powder itself dissolves instantly. One of the many healthy ingredients includes vitamin A, vitamin C, vitamin D, vitamin E, and many other healthy ingredients. I do recommend this product.

Our son is a very picky eater but thankfully loves fruit smoothies. The vanilla flavor of this powder blends really well with the vanilla yogurt we use. It's not chalky and doesn't change the consistency so he hasn't notice a difference. We love that he's now getting more protein without forcing it. Highly recommend!

My kid loves it! Tastes delicious and doesn't have a bad texture. Would recommend if you have kiddos who need a little extra sustenance or protein in their diet but are a bit picky

(April 2026) I'm a parent and a medical provider. We've bought this since 2025. Last year, using subscriptions discounts we paid $38-40 for 25.4 ounces (720g)-- that's $1.50-$1.60 an ounce. This year our shipment (with subscription) was $36, but this is a ***DECEPTIVE PRACTICE***-- it's actually MUCH MORE EXPENSIVE. Why?? Because they sent a smaller 14.4oz (408g) jar... that's 43% LESS PRODUCT. The listing is incorrect (still says 25.4oz). So we're paying $2.50 an ounce now, which is 66% more expensive. The "serving size" has been mysteriously decreased on their new label and the FORMULA has CHANGED as well. While it still offers 8g protein, they no longer list MCTs (medium chin triglycerides) which are important energy boosters. This was always a costly product; now it's a price scam. It may still be a good supplement, but beware the price manipulations here. This company is reportedly paying over 4M settlements to California and the FTC over labeling practices... seems like they are quietly passing that cost to customers. We will be returning ours and looking for a more transparent growth supplement company to work with.

Got this for our kids and it’s been a win. They actually like the taste, which says a lot, and it mixes easily without being chalky. Makes a quick, easy option for busy mornings or after school… now comes the growth. Will buy again.

This product has a wonderful smell of vanilla upon opening it! That was a pleasant surprise that I didn't expect! It just made me more excited about the product. I was also eager to try this because it is a protein shake for kids ages 5 and over, and vanilla is such a tasty flavor! I didn't know about protein shakes designed with kids in mind. Well, I definitely had to taste it first to ensure that it would be well received! Despite not having any added sweeteners or sugars it has a good taste. It has a light sweetness that is subtle, but so good! I used a blender to mix the product with milk instead of water and it was delicious! I placed it in the freezer once after mixing it with milk, and it was chilled. It was so refreshing! I even mixed the protein with milk, half a banana and added some tumeric. Everything blended nicely and did not overpower the flavor of the shake itself. It was slightly creamy and a bit sweeter. I had it one time between lunch and dinner and it gave an extra boost of energy. In addition, it was a sufficient filler until the next meal. It's a tasty shake that I definitely want to keep in the pantry!

Not here to trash this product, just sharing our experience - It's definitely a good product I bought this for my kid who needs more calories in their life.... we learned my "picky pete" just didn't like the taste. This stuff tastes like every other good protein powder, which means it tastes "least-bad" I admit this is a hard factor to overcome for any protein product. As Adults we choke down protein drinks, it's never as good as a real chocolate shake... but this is what adulthood is right? becoming ok with the meh.... lol. It's plenty Good enough, but if you have a picky kid.. maybe try other things? or at least try a smaller sample?
