I've been a believer in protecting my gut health for a while now, and have seen much improvement in my overall health since becoming more vigilant about it. A pharmacist friend steered me in this direction when I was on an antibiotic, which had made me quite sick! He told me, "Your gut health controls the health of everything else!" This product is well packaged, comes in a dark glass bottle, which helps protect the product viability. By balancing and strengthening your gut microbiome, a good probiotic helps protect your immune system, reduce inflammation, improves digestion, and in general improves overall health, including hair, skin and even brain function. This product suggests 2 capsules per day, comes with 60, so lasts 1 month - hence my only complaint - it's a bit pricey at over $50/month. I noticed no taste nor aftertaste, and the capsules are easy to swallow. Bottom line for me - I've noticed stability in my gut health, more energy, no irritating illnesses at all, with no negative side effects - 5 stars, recommended product!

To make a long story short, I am absolutely a believer in the efficacy of this probiotic. I had purchased this brand before so when I saw it pop up in the vine program, I jumped on the opportunity to try this specific blend. I'm not particularly prone to getting sick but I didn't figure it would hurt to boost my immunity. A little background on the unexpected way this helped me. This past summer I started on HRT (hormone replacement therapy). At first things were great but then I started noticing some unfortunate side effects. I tolerated them up until the point that my usually clear, smooth face got a horrific and previously inexperienced case of eczema. I won't bore you with the details, but it was bad and embarrassing and I ceased HRT immediately. After months it finally cleared up. However, as soon as it started winding down, the eczema in my ears started flaring up. That I have had for a few years but it has been pretty mild. Not anymore. It has been absolutely awful. I have thrown everything but the kitchen sink at it. All to no avail. I decided to eat even cleaner and fast for as far into the day as I could in order to lower my chances of a reaction. Unfortunately, I started this protocol the same day as the new BiotiQuest. And it worked! My ears started healing up almost immediately. But what was actually helping? I felt like it was the probiotic but I couldn't be sure. That is until the Christmas holiday wrecked my clean eating. Shameful really. I have eaten horribly for several days now and I can feel it in my ears. But, it is nowhere near what it was several weeks ago before I started this probiotic. I am actively working against the good work it's doing in my gut and it is still helping me. I am absolutely convinced getting back to clean eating and taking this probiotic will get my ears back to health. Yes, it is expensive. Exceedingly so. But, for me personally, it's worth it. I have already set up a subscription.

I did not experience an upset stomach or any laxative effects, just improved regularity and way less inflammation. Very impressed with this product, but still disheartened with the high price. I think many people who could really benefit from this top quality probiotic blend formula will overlook it because of the price.

I decided to try this probiotic as part of my daily routine to support overall wellness and gut balance. After taking it consistently, I noticed my digestion felt more regular and settled throughout the day. My stomach feels calmer, especially after meals that would normally cause discomfort. I also appreciate that it fits easily into my routine without causing any noticeable side effects. Over time, I felt more balanced overall, which I believe starts with good gut health. I like that this product focuses on the connection between digestion and immune support in a thoughtful way. The capsules are easy to take and do not have an unpleasant taste or smell. I did not experience bloating, which has been an issue for me with other probiotics. This supplement feels gentle but effective when used consistently. I use supplements to help close the gap between modern nutrition levels in our food and the levels that were there when I was young. But, in my opinion, the supplement industry has both some of the highest integrity companies, and some of the lowest. So I try and give a detailed enough review to help you know the company and product better so you can determine for yourself whether or not you want to try this one out. This bottle comes about 75% full, which isn't too bad nowadays. I like that the bottle is glass and not plastic. If used as directed it will last one month (one capsule two times per day). The "best by date on mine (THANK YOU for not printing it on the bottom of the bottle!) is Apr 2026. The capsules have virtually no scent or taste and are easy to swallow with water. I like my supplements to say organic, non-GMO, GMP-certified, 3rd-party tested, and made in the USA. This says none of those. I look into the supplement companies I use because I've come across so many questionable ones. Their phone number is on the website. The biotiquest site is functional and informative. I like that it has information on the company and their core team. They also state that their 3rd-party testing service provides a Certificate of Analysis. I don't see where to see or download that, like you are able to do on some sites, so it probably has to be requested. I seem to take longer than most to see results when starting a new supplement but I like this blend. I just wish they didn't add stearic acid, which many companies say they need to use, while the manufacturers of the highest quality supplements that I am aware of refuse to. These are good for gut but also make you sleepy. Great for after dinner winding down. $27 for one month seems on the higher side but as amazons choice plus benefits no allergens/non gmo. Not sure if I can pinpoint pain relief got these for gut versus muscle or recovery of sorts

This is a good general-purpose probiotic featuring a wide range of strains of gut-biome-fortifying organisms — and the strains are listed clearly and prominently in the product listing and on the bottle, a nice touch. However, the marketing copy deserves to be taken with a grain of salt, featuring heavily FDA-asterisked claims about "immunity" and other health effects that are almost certainly not well grounded in empirical evidence. The capsule has a wide spread of different biotics — some that are as far as I know unstudied, along with others like the basic Lactobacillus strains, which are some of the most well-studied in the world. These organisms themselves don't necessarily stick around in the gut after one stops taking the supplement, but they still may help to create a lastingly healthier biome when taken. I didn't experience the most common GI side effects of discomfort, loose stool, and so on — but these are always a possibility. Still, this seems like a fine choice to try to help with gut health, though offered at a high price and with some dubiously specific claims. It's a lot of different stuff, and some of it might be helpful.
