Great set of glasses - work really well and don't look too cheap. Lenses seem good quality and haven't scratched too easily for me at least. I've bought two sets of these now always good. But make sure you buy the right prescription as I went one higher and regretted it. Not the fault of the glasses - my fault entirely. Nice to get the tortoise shell for variety but it does shine quite orange in light - so a bit more larey than I had expected... I'll personally stick to black but you do whatever suits you.

I have tried many of these readying glasses, and at last I've found by far the most superior. These glasses feel very professional and expensive. The other glasses I've tried would usually break around the rims, or the arms would snap off. These glasses have held very firm without a single problem. My personal problem is that I lose them a lot! So I'm ordering a second set. Highly recommend these .. and I promise that I am a real user!

Excellent @£2.40 per pair this is astonishing value. Moreover, these are well made, seemingly robust and very comfortable. All the lenses are faultless (unlike some more expensive pairs bought in Chemists which often have scratches, imperfections etc) and they are even flirting with 'stylish' I have a pair in the Study, bedroom, living room, kitchen and even have a tinted one for the garden. Remarkable.

I have not had much success with off the shelf reading glasses. Most of them seem to fail in a very short space of time, either with the lenses scratching easily or with the arms snapping. These, so far, seem to be more sturdy. They suit my face better than other recent pairs I have bought, and having a five pack means I can scatter them around the house and car at will! So far so good. I'll revise my review should they start to fall apart any time soon. Good price.

A friend bought me a variety pack of 5 Eyekepper (surely they meant to name themselves Eyekeeper?!) glasses for Christmas. They are excellent, both the quality of the frame and the lenses. I have since bought another batch of a lower correction for distance. They don't replace my recent (very expensive!) prescription glasses but I prefer to take them out when I leave home in case I lose a pair. If you buy the variety pack it's a nice selection of frames including one pair with tinted lenses. I've had to colour code my reading Eyekepper's 2.5s with a dot of red nail polish inside the frame to differentiate them from the 1.5s - as my house is now swimming with glasses. A good product in my opinion and they appear to be well made.

For several years I've worn Foster Grant reading glasses which lasted about 18 months - but at £8 per pair I wasn't worried. Foster Grant stopped making the style I liked so I decided to try these and I'm glad I did. They feel much better quality than the Foster Grants (and they have sprung hinges) and at £18 for 5 pairs, well you can't go wrong. My friends are amazed when I tell them what I paid.

Decent reading glasses good price

These are quality spectacles - I mean, not top quality (you've paid just over a tenner for 5 pairs!!), but really not cheap looking nor delicate. I bought them about 6 months ago, and have waited to be able to comment with some experience of use. It seems like I have a pair for every room of the house, and they haven't broken nor flexed so as not to fit me well, and the lenses have been robust enough not to be scratched by a passing air current, unlike some cheap supermarket/pharmacist products. I would really recommend them - it makes you wonder how opticians get away with charging three figure sums for frames and lenses of comparative quality.

Habe bereits mehrmals diese Lesehilfen bestellt, da mein Mann sie immer verlegt. Sie sind gut verarbeitet, nicht so lapprig wie die Diskonter Brillen. Würde sie wieder bestellen.

Very happy with fit and quality of glasses

Ich habe das Set vor ziemlich genau einem Jahr gekauft. Hauptsächlich benutze ich die Lesebrillen auf der Arbeit, im Auto oder in der Tasche beim Mopedfahren. Also da, wo man vielleicht keine teurere Brille verwenden will. Vom gesamten Set sind bisher zwei Brillen ausgefallen. Einmal Rahmen an der dünnsten Stelle gebrochen, einmal ein defektes Scharnier. Fairerweise muss ich anmerken das ich nie besonders vorsichtig mit ihnen umgegangen bin. Für den Preis kann man da also wirklich nicht meckern.
