Yes. It can advance slides and also function as a mouse, not great for a mouse but great for slide show.

Is there a key that functions as an Enter key?

I have another model, but it is only active during a PowerPoint presentation. There are keys to advance to the next or previous slide, but they do not act like the Enter key.

Does it work with videos?

I am not sure what you mean 'work with videos'. I have videos in my keynote presentations frequently and it advances the slides with the videos imported into just fine.

Can I use this clicker as an actual laptop remote, not just for a presentation. To navigate YouTube and other websites as well?

I don’t think so. I believe it is only to advance slides.
