DISGUSTING. Presentation box is dented. Glasses are filthy. And foam holding the glassware has mood spots growing all over it!

Nice looking and elegant champagne flute. However, it’s so fragile and I broke one when drying it after I used it the first time. I have many different types of champagne glass and been always careful, and this was the first time I broke it when drying the champagne glass.

Got bought these as a gift, and although beautiful and a nice size, they are so tightly packed in the presentation case that one of them snapped in half when removed (and not even with much force). Very disappointed.
