Oh this is fabulous. Everyone comments on it . So attractive and the variations you can do with the colours of the flames also log or crystals 🤷🏻‍♀️ both look great. Plus the heat . If you need a wee boost. 5 minutes and it’s warm (in a normal sized room )

40 inch fire with remote can be connected to WiFi but doesnt have to be. Comes with feet for freestanding can be wall hung or inset. Couldnt wait until husband hung it on the wall so put its feet on last night just to see what it was like. Plenty of colours but I preferred the orange flame. It can be adjusted dimmer or brighter higher or lower. 2 heat settings and a fan that can just be used as a cold air fan or used with heat. Adds a cosy feel just with flame effect. Putting it on the wall this afternoon.

This is a beautiful fire and a great show piece. I love it. I particularly love the different colour combinations, particularly with the crystals. I think the price is good, the heating part of it is good and not difficult to install although I got my handyman to install it. It was too deep to install in my lounge fireplace so I put it into the bedroom and it looks amazing. The remote works well and it is easy to use. The only criticism I have is that the simulated flames don't look like real flames because of their colour which is orange rather than red and blue, but I love this fire. It looks fantastic and I would definitely recommend it for the price.

Update: Zero customer service. No response to my questions at all. Would not recommend. Original: It's a nice looking fire but a little over priced I would say. When you turn it off and on again (using the remote not the mains power) the LED colour resets to the default colour. This is frustrating if you have a preferred colour in mind. You then have to select that colour after every power on. I have been unable to change to Celcius for temperature as it does not change when I try by following the instructions. I have requested sorry to the email in the manual but no reply. You could say minors niggles but the fact I have to mash buttons ever time I turn it on to get the colour option I want, it gets annoying. If only it could stay on the colour it was last on when next powered on. It is nice looking, simple to fit and skim but that's all at it should be. Heats well, not too loud and a nice enough flange effect. Wouldn't recommend. I will check that the colours stay as set on power cycles when I find another one. Those one may well have to go back as there's no customer support either.

Ho sempre avuto il desiderio di avere un camino in casa , avendo restaurato casa ho avuto la possibilità di esaudire il mio desiderio. Certo non é un camino reale ma ne sono rimasta sorpresa dell’effetto che fa. L’imballaggio era molto accurato, quando l’ho spacchettato l’ho subito provato e tutte le funzioni il cambio di colore delle fiamme , il riscaldamento , l’intensità delle fiamme tutto ha funzionato alla perfezione e tutti gli accessori per il montaggio erano presenti. Sinceramente non mi aspettavo fosse cosí bello, nella stanza fa una bellissima atmosfera.
