Sticks very well, good quality. Make sure that you put it where you want it, because it's very hard to remove, extremelty good hold. Love that the tape is clear color. Good value for the money.

So this tape. I had an unorthodox use for it. That might sound strange, but allow me to explain. I inherited a Jeep from my grandma last year when she passed, rest her soul. She had a close friend and caretaker with whom I left the Jeep for a time for reasons that aren't important to this review. She, unfortunately, tried to best a suicide light in traffic and was T-boned by a teenage girl in a Civic. It folded the lower end of the rear passenger door and in turn forced the top end of the door to separate about 6 inches at its widest from the from of the vehicle. Grandmas friend is okay, not hurt but my 800 mile drive home with this Jeep when she decided she shouldn't drive anymore was filled with this atrocious wind tunnel the entire time. I tried a few kinds of tape until I found myself on Amazon looking at this product. I'm just going to say, I put this stuff on my rear door over half a year ago and still it has my door sealed. We caught a ridiculous amount of rain and snow earlier this year and its stayed in good shape. Its since baked in the sun and feels like its holding up. It hasn't frayed or broken loose. No air leaks, not a drop of water in my car. I saw as part of the review that I could rate how easy it comes off so I just checked - it's going to be simple to remove from that painted metal surface. I'm very very happy with this product and not only would recommend it, but will be getting more once I run out. It doesn't look awful on my car and it's better than the duct tape someone slapped on there before, that stuff took forever to remove and left residue on the paint. As far as strength? Set the weather aside.. when I turn my vehicle I can hear that door flex and that tape has never ripped or faltered. If you want a good tape product, this be it.

Great clear duct tape. I've tried several different brands of clear duct tape to hold down clear plastic floor runners in an apartment, and this is the only one that stays put and lasts.

It works very well on hard surfaces (adhesion 5 ⭐️) The side of my wooden bed frame is loosen and this tape kept it in place for months and still holding it like day 1. however it is not transparent at all, you can clearly see the tape. It does not work on soft surfaces like sofa (adhesion 2 ⭐️ ). My sofa is tearing and I tape it. As you can see the corner lifts up and the side is wrinkle in a few weeks, which will scratch you. It is also hard to remove because the adhesive side melts and the glue sticks to the product (make my sofa sticky and I cannot remove the stickiness even with alcohol or soap). If the glue melts I really doubt it is weather proof, so indoor use is ok but outdoor...I won’t have high expectations.

I had a dumb pet chew his way out of a tent via a seam. This did stick the seam back together, and appears to be solid once again... but as it was on a seam I don't know how well it will hold up. Weather is now out of season to test for weather proofing too, but the patch job held up to being folded and unfolded several times without peeling up. But I did have to pay special attention to making sure it was ENTIRELY stuck to the tent. The edges of the patch seemed very loose, and I had to really work the tape down until it felt more secure. If you have a tear on a flat part of a tent, this would certainly work well. If it's on a seam like mine - I have no idea just how durable this will be long term - but it certainly holds up short term.

Excellent adhesive!

This is a very expensive roll of tape but I will definitely be purchasing it again! It is so good for so many tasks. I love the weaved string inside of it for extra security, easy ripping off the roll, and it's durability. I used it to tape up a window that was cracking and it totally did the trick. Especially when a new window would have cost $500 to replace. I have used it for so many odd jobs that I didn't realize I needed it for. It's heavy duty and sticks perfectly! Definitely recommend!!

Just what I needed to repair tears in an umbrella and quick delivery time was wonderful.

Used it to cover the top of a patio door where the siding joins the frame, it has been leaking for ever , try to repare it with no success, used this duct tape, the weather was nice and dry for 3 days, then the rain came, blowing and all, a couple of days later...still nice and dry. Well worth the money...

I used it for taping plastic on my windows for winter and it keeps unsticking from the wall.
