I've been taking this product since the middle of January and can't necessarily say that I've seen benefits in my overall health as I believe that I need more time but I have noticed that I don't need an afternoon nap and that I recover from my workouts faster. Now, that could be because I've been more cognizant of trying to cut out refined sugar and going to bed earlier. I'll be taking this product as part of my regimen continually and hope to see results in 3-6 months from now. I found out about this product from Joe Rogan's podcast with Dr. Rhonda Patrick. I like the product so far and continue to take it. My 2 orders of it have arrived within 2 days and I've been wonderfully pleased about that

After twenty seven years battling Fibromyalgia, the best I have been able to do so far has been to control some of the symptoms. But slowly still my health is getting worse, although some of the symptoms got bettter, but every year I am able to do less and new symptoms arise. One of the most limiting ones was a lot of pain on my feet every time I tried to walk a little more. Until I came upon and article about a research by Johns Hopkins U that stated that pain on your feet might be from aging mitochondria. It made me search for mitochondrial nutrients, and many I was already using, but not yet PQQ. So I ordered, tried 10mg first, then twice a day, and the results were faster than I imagined. After two weeks it was clear I could walk more and more, the feet might even become sensitive, but nothing like the stabbing, debilitating pain I had before. I also had more energy, and it made me more optimistic. When I ran out of PQQ, the symptoms came back. Now I will never let myself stay without it.

I heard that long-term use of PQQ can prolong one’s lifespan. I don’t know if it’s true or not, but I believe it.

I came looking for this product because it was recommended by Dr. Rhonda Patrick on the Joe Rogan Podcast. Based on my research and the scientific studies, this is a very powerful anti-oxidant that reduces inflammation and supports new mitochondria so I’m hoping it did something positive to my body and mitochondria. I took it for 30 days and did notice an increase in energy level and a slight increase in cognitive ability, more clarity in processing ideas and tasks, more focus. However, due to the cost, i won’t be able to take it every month but hope to try it again for long enough to experience the full effects. I highly recommend PQQ and have already recommended it to friends.

I do love this supplement and recommend anyone to do some research on it, but if you are like me at all then be very careful when you take it. It gives me about 2 hours of great focus after I take it but sometimes I crash about 4 hours later and feel mentally depleted and feel like taking a nap. This lasts for a long time for me and I have to really watch out. I have experimented with taking it in the evening so if I get tired then I can just go to bed and this works too. I also don't take it every single day anymore. I always recommend to cycle any supplement and to just experiment with it and see how your body reacts. Overall due to the current research- I do recommend trying this out, but just add it in slowly and see how you feel. I have had a few really bad days where it just made me so tired so I would prefer others not have to go through that. The price stings a bit though, that is also another drawback.

This order was a refill. I’ve been buying SEED pre-/probiotic what a waste of money. I ordered these not so much as a symbiotic, but just for good digestive health and I am mediately noticed a difference within a few days. Reasonably priced in comparison to some other things. They have no taste. I find them easy to swallow. I can’t speak for others.

I am taking this because of joint , particularly knee, issues.I also know I have a weak immune system due to a chronic illness. I have noticed an improvement in my energy level since taking them along with a slight improvement in my joints. It is a long term maintenance type of supplement, given my medical history it seemed prudent to include this supplement. I took the plain PQQ before but have switched to this more advanced formulation now it is available. The capsules are a reasonable size and easy to take which I find a big plus.
