Great set of lures, several colors, sharp hooks although you may want to put bigger ones on the lure. Shape is slimmer than the classic, smaller whopper The propel seems to work well on all of them. Perhaps the only thing I would suggest is either replace the o ring for the line or attach your line directly to the lure, the o ring that comes at the nose seems a little weak. Other than that, you won't find cheaper ploppers anywhere. I bought a set of 5 before and I passed some to my friends, I am happy that they have the 10 set now. The set of 5 came with a box, this one just came in a plastic bag, but still, no complains for the price

For the past several years I have had people tell me just how effective Whopper Plopper lures are for Largemouth bass down here in Florida. Of course, after hearing about how great they are, I had to try them myself. I wanted to buy an "official" one but I couldn't justify paying $15 for ONE lure. I decided to buy this 10 pack so I would have several different colors to try without investing too much money, in case the weren't for me. Anyways, I took these lures down to a local fishing spot where I was casting from shore across a smallish pond and was landing really close to the vegetation on the other side. I started getting hits almost immediately! In fact, on most casts I honestly didn't have to reel-in or work the lure in anyway because as soon as it hit the surface a bass was nailing it! My wife came down with me and caught her PB (4.5 pounds) on one of these. Bottom line: these things work just fine. The one and ONLY complaint I have on these is that the treble hooks aren't quite as sharp as I would like. That is the only bad things I have to say about them. You simply cannot beat them for the price.

Can’t beat the price , it’s what you would expect it’s a whopper plopper , it’s not a bad product for the price it beats spending 8-10 dollars for one with this you get ten and as an avid fisherman it’s less stressful if you snag something and lose one

Bass love them but they are kind od fragile. The tail end breaks quite a bit.

Actually, a really good bait

the only ploppers i actually like, they make good noise, i’ve caught bass, bowfin, and pike on them, the only complaint is that it’ll twist your line and snap swivels seem to mess with them, i haven’t tried a swivel to a mono/fluero leader however so i might try that
