My husband has a narrow chest, basketball player type building, and is pretty slim with just a small belly (hey he's old!). Fit beautifully. He has really long arms and they reach his wrist. Very comfortable. 6 feet 4 1/2 inches tall 203 lbs. He bought size Large Tall (LT). His only complaint is that the neck hole is tight to squeeze through but all is fine once it is on.
