Rapid delivery & packed well, wired up and ready to go quickly. Good value for money, but perhaps a little basic, the shower head is OK, nothing more. Water pressure is high ( at our place ) so I can't comment on performance if your pressure is low, but it works well, and altering the temperature is easy, and spaced. It has a low, and high heat settings, both work well. For the money / power rating / usability its a very good buy. Hence 5 stars. BTW I have found to preserve the life of any shower, turn to cold before turning off. Negatives Case sealing rubber only goes around top part, instead of all the way around. ( £0.001 saved !) Could be more room for cable entry at the rear of unit. Internal `heater boiler' is plastic ( some are copper )

Excellent product,after my old shower packed up I seen this one and for the price seemed good value for money,easy to use and looks great.

Replaced a Redring (8.5kW) shower that lasted 13 years, so I can't complain about that. I would have ordered a Redring again, but the models are a bit bigger and would not have fit in width. I decided to go for a basic version of the Triton (at 9.5 kW) as I do not really need the sophistication of some models. Just on and off, hot, less hot and cold. This has been in place for a couple of weeks and seems fine. An electrician installed it (same guy that installed the Redring) and it was basically "like for like" so slotted in nicely. Some minor adjustment to the feeding water pipe. I went for the 9.5kW version and glad i did, the water pressure here is pretty good so I get agood pressure and can get it very hot, ready for winter. Only caveats are: The Eco setting won't be any good really as it doesn't get warm unless the flow is really low. I don't know what power it is. I am not worried about that though. Also, it says it's noise level is 15dB; I don't know what distance that is measured at (with audio, it is normally 2 metres), but that is whisper quiet. This hums, but not particularly loudly, but it's greater than 15dB. I thought it might be mine, but a friend also has this model and that is the same. Not a problem really. So yes, very good basic shower and good value for money. If it last a a couple of years or more I will be very happy

I live in a very hard water area, the reason for the demise of my last shower, and did not want to pay a lot of money just to have another unit fur up. Could not believe how inexpensive this one was, a third of price of the one it replaced, that I had bought a replacement heating vessel for at about the cost of this Triton a couple of years ago. Anyway delivery was quick and feedback from the senders good, easy to fit just went onto the old water pipe that sticks out from the wall with two compression elbows and the electrics just the same as changing a plug. The only thing I can not comment on is the head rail, flexible hose and shower head as I left my old one in place and did not even unpack the new one to look at it. Works well, does a fine job, I would recommend this shower to anyone and think that anybody with basic DIY skills should have no trouble fitting this cheap but well built unit.

Working well at a competitive price

Bought the very reasonably priced Triton Seville to replace my old Triton Madrid which packed in due to the solenoid. Installation was straight forward due to having same entry points for water and power. I paid £65 for the shower and £36 plus VAT (approx £43 inclusive of VAT) for a plumber to install due to having no idea how to do it. Installation first time requires plumber but replacing doesn't as far as I know. After a couple of weeks of baths for our family of 4 the shower was bliss Seems a good, easy to operate shower so far, with good power with the 9.5kw shower. The temperature control is easy. One minor criticism would be that there could be a marker on the on/off switch to say where the dial is pointing. A wee mark or arrow on the end may be a good idea.

Brought as an easy replacement for an existing one. The quality control from the Triton is very poor. The original unit didn't come with screws to secure the front face and we lived with a temporary solution. The same plumber came to fit this replacement unit and the same problem...no screws to properly secure the front face to the unit in the box. He rang Triton asking for screws to be sent to me in my presence 2 weeks ago. I have still received no screws despite promise from Triton Customer service.

Pretty decent little shower from a well respected manufacturer, fairly easy to install with everything self explanatory.

Haven't fitted yet, but looks exactly the same as Triton showers I've fitted in the past.

Very Good. Must be on mains. Great for the price.
