I used the Intex 59030 Beach Ball for a beach-themed birthday party I planned, and it was a huge hit! The 24-inch size was perfect for both kids and adults to toss around. Used it for a fun, indoor family game of “hot potato” at Christmas. The ball stayed inflated for days prior to gently batting, tossing, and throwing around for good old fashioned fun!

Decent beach ball. I purchased to use as a paper mache base hoping diameter would be about 18” but it measures 15” at best. It’s hard to find good measurements on beach balls as the industry standard is to list deflated half circumference.

First off, I'd like to say that the size of this ball is perfect and my son has enjoyed playing with it immensely. I initially purchased 2 of these, and the first one lasted quite a while until my 4-year-old son punctured a hole in it, which was easily repaired with the tape provided. The next rip was right at the base, where you inflate the ball, and that happened all on its own. First ball discarded, second didn't last a day. After about an hour of playing, it had deflated, apparently having a rip at the base (at the seam) as well, and I know it wasn't from rough play. What can I say? I'd like better quality for the money. Other brand beach balls are also sold at some $1 stores =) At least, won't be as disappointing if they get damaged.
