Very good product. Remember you have to follow diet along with gainer to see the result. With proper diet with this gainer I gain 2.5 KG of weight in just 1KG of this product. In the next month I bought 2KG of this product but I didn't follow proper diet so I gain only 1.5 KG. With proper diet and usage of this product results are crazy. Just don't forgot that its just for extra calories and protein. If your are only depending on the gainer without any proper diet then chances of better results are less.

This review I am writing after 2 months use with all pros & cons.Gaining mass (weight gain without fat) has been the most challenging for my body type (lean type).It does work with the very first dose as the name suggests (bulk) provided its combined with regular gym(heavy lifting), running/cycling etc. Recommended single dose/serving is 3 scoops but i never took beyond 2 scoops for the reasons mentioned below (Excess of everything is bad is an old proverb which works as a guide for consuming anything in moderation). I am regular gym goer and I started with 1 scoop after workout initially for 2-3 days then increased to 1.5 scoops for nearly 1 week before switching over to 2 scoops a day. I gained nearly 6Kgs in 1.5 month of which may be 10-20% fat gain (nearly 1Kg). This gain (mostly in the form of muscles) was easily noticeable by Gym instructors, colleagues, friends. Remember slow & steady wins the race (slow but steady mass gain will last longer). Beginners may gain even more 6Kgs in 1 month. Due to mass gain, my strength also increased and now I am able to lift heavier weights without any support or risk of injury. For highly underweight people this product may work like magic for initial few weeks.As advertised this Mass Gainer does contain probiotics & appetizers which one will experience(notice) from the very first dose. The appetizer makes one eat larger meals (more calories) and probiotics assist in accelerated digestion & absorption of food. The major side effect(though not very serious) for which I rated 4 stars instead of 5 stars is feeling of being sleepy(drowsiness) probably due to undisclosed use of some antihistamine as an appetizer in the formulation. I needed to use black coffee at work place to remain active. Usually children or younger adults are prescribed antihistamine (for ex. Cyproheptadine as Practin, Ciplactin etc) by doctors/pediatricians for gaining weight via increasing appetite. This is why I recommend to go for 1 scoop for first few days to avoid any drowsiness and then gradually 1.5 scoop then 2 scoop. But not to go beyond 2 scoops as one may gain more fat than muscle.Probiotics work round the clock and increases absorption of food(meals). The other minor side effect is occasional acidity (mostly healthy people may not experience this side effect).After gaining 6Kgs the weight got stuck. Likely to be due to maximum gain as per height/age. I took 1 week break & resumed taking this bulk king mass gainer and muscle gain also resumed but with slower pace as may be I am near my max limit of weight. After getting positive results I bought it for second time and consuming in moderation.

I like the taste. I haven't check my weight yet. But taste is good
