Yes4All Glute Ham Glider, Exercise Wheels for Home Gym Fitness, Glute Hamstring, Booty Building

I used the clamps as suggested in detail, on another review. This works perfectly and the wheels are not rubbing or turning. I have used other brands where the wheels eventually come loose and then a part is missing and that seems to so far be addressing that issue as well. I've now been using it for about a month. This is one of the few that has a loop attached for the cable machine and I love that as I am currently up to 35 lbs of resistance.

I’m normally a huge fan of Yes4all products, but this product is seriously lacking. The wheels aren’t smooth and the wheels rub/wear quickly. That white powder seen in the pictures is literally little pieces of the wheel wearing down and making a mess. I’ve adjusted the tension of the screws a dozen times and it always yields in the same result - the wheels rubbing on the metal creating unnecessary wear and preventing the smooth motion.

It was easy to assemble. When I use it the wheels rub against the metal piece creating a terrible wear in the wheels. They don’t stay straight, they incline and create that chafing that eventually will damage the whole function. This also makes it harder to roll in straight direction and even on both sides. It’s good so far while it lasts.

A nice cheap alternative to a seated hamstring curl

I have bought and returned three of these because none of them came with the three carabiners. I contacted Yes4All’s customer service and was told that they would send me replacement carabiners but Yes4All never sent them. Has anyone else out there received the carabiners or am I just that unlucky that I have received three gliders with no carabiners?

Very easy to use.

My solution for the wheels, had to play around with washers, nuts/bolts and pins but ultimately figured out a way to make this work and not having to worry about the wheels falling off! Hope this helps, I had parts laying around my garage besides the pins. In total I believe I spent around $3-$5 I can’t remember but now I don’t have to worry about my roller turning or the wheels falling off so I’m happy.

Easily 5 stars with a minor adjustment to let the wheels spin freely. I’ve added the link below. You just need to add these special thin bearing washers on each side of the wheel and it rolls with zero resistance! This thing is a tank. Such a good asset for training my athletes. Very versatile and the loops are nice so you can just use a carabiner to attach bands vs looping them around the bar and risking them rubbing on the ground.
