After having an acer tablet, just because it was cheap, it died. I purchased this samsung as replacement , amazon had best price, and has good customer service . You can instantly tell the quality difference. Good solid button pressing. It is much quicker. One major downside but fixable, get yourself a micro sd card to expand storage and use an app to sdcard program this will save a lot of headaches with internal storage.

Couldn't get it working would expect the email address then sent code which I never received wast of money

Does what it says on the tin - being only a 1.3ghz it's not the fastest tablet in the world but it does the job

Good product, although the version tag arrived was destined for the Polish market rather than the UK as the setting were all in Polish and the charger was for a European plug. Not really a problem as the charger cable is standard Samsung so could use my phone cable....and you can easily change the default settings from Polish to English.... If it had come with English as the preset, this would be 5 star

I only got the tablet today and i unboxed it just now. i turned the device on and it shows “Custom Binary blocked by FRP Lock.” - I know alot about tech as im a enthusiast in tech. and that message means the tablet has been tampered with by its OS. someone added a custom OS to my tablet!! asking for a refund, awaiting responce. (Lesson learned: Never buy old refurbished tablets/phones off amazon.) [oh yeah for more info: the device wont boot into download mode adb command or not. fastboot support is limited so that makes the device render useless.]

Easy to apply and use

The processor is slow and the screen needs hard pressure to work. The operating system is vastly inferior compared to the Galaxy phones. The screen resolution is mediocre. Many options related to device settings are missing. And yes I do understand this is just a tablet. To put this into perspective, my current phone is S8 which is several years ahead in technology development - but then, why doesn't Samsung upgrade this product? The size, weight, format are fine so why not just put more effort in improving the software and screen.

Ha llegado antes del día tope de entrega y la verdad que es justo lo que buscaba. Una tablet pequeña pero potente y perfecta para lo que necesitaba. Fue un regalo para mi madre (señora mayor que se inicia en el mundo de las redes sociales) y está como un niño con zapatos nuevos!! Espero que le dure mucho ;) Muchas gracias por la rapidez y la calidad del producto.

Je cherchais un modele 7 pouces (car tiens dans une seule main) bien fini. Payé 109 € pendant les french days. C'est un bon rapport qualité prix. Pas faites pour les applis gourmandes mais parfaite pour du surf ou regarder des films.

Ich habe das Gerät gebraucht aber in gutem Zustand über Amazon gekauft da ich für bestimmte Anwendungen einen Androiden brauche. Da der Kaufpreis dem eines NoName Gerätes entsprach habe ich mich zu dem Samsung entschieden in der Hoffnung vielleicht doch besseren Support zu bekommen. Das Gerät selbst ist gut. Läuft ruckfrei und kann auch leistungshungrigere Apps bedienen. Der interne Speicher ist etwas knapp bemessen aber das stört nicht wirklich. Leider und das ist Androidabhängig ist es nicht möglich eine App komplett auf die SD zu schieben. Vielleicht klappt ja mit 6.0
