I ordered this hair twice. The first time I loved the hair, it was soft and moved very naturally. I specifically went in my past orders to ensure I was getting the same hair. I didn't open it prior to getting it installed. Once it was in the 2nd time I could easily tell the texture was noticeably stiff compared to the first hair order. I mentioned it to my stylist and she agreed it was different commenting the textures vary. In the future I will order and open my hair well in advance to determine if the texture is what I prefer. The current hair literally bends and folds with manipulation. I prefer hair that moves more naturally but it's all about what you like. I'm going to make it work but wouldn't want hair stiff like this in the future.
