I bought this for my mother who suffers from arthritis in the hips and knees with the hope it would make getting on and off the toilet easier. After ordering the raiser, we received a phone call from company inquiring on the reasons for the purchase (ie is it for someone with a particular condition, which condition etc) The next day it arrived in the early afternoon, 7 days earlier than expected. It was very easy to put together, is well made and extremely well thought out in design, with 3 different heights that are easy to adjust and you can have it heigher/lower at the front or back to fine tune the seating. Its very sturdy and the quality fit and finish feel like it came with the toilet bowl itself. I cant fault it, my mum would be lost without it as she fines it extreamly comfortable where the normal toilet seat was very awkward and painful for her. The service was brilliant, seat is excellent and well worth the outlay as its great quality. Big plus

I now have these fitted to both toilets in the house and they save me from acute pain when getting on and off the toilet. It is a wellmade robust product and much more comfortable than others I have used. There is a weight limit for users but I am well within. It is very flexible and easily lifted, or even removed, for cleaning the toilet. The original fitting took a bit of working out but all you need to do is securely bolt the flat bar onto the pan and the rest is easy. The seat then slots onto the ends of the bar and is held in place by a screw-on knob each side. The arms then slot in each side and are held in position by easily removable red plugs. The height adjustments are achieved by positioning the cross-shaped spacers in the relevant slots inside the seat, with the seat upturned, and then slotting the seat onto the bar at the appropriate level slot in the seat. The various slot and spacer combinations allow for sloping as well as flat level options. If you need a raised toilet seat this fits the bill in terms of allround function, flexibility and appearance.

Very comfortable, convenient that you don't need to have both handles attached if not required. It is sturdy, only down side is the the black retaining screw does gradually work free when lifting and shutting lid, however just tighten after every use.

I bought this for my Mum who struggles to get up and down due to bad knees. It's been invaluable. The quality is great and fitting it is relatively easy once you get started. The arms are a good addition and sit neatly with the seat and are strong enough to push up and down on, much better than the separate frame we had previously which felt infirm and rattled loudly when pushing on it to get up. Previous disabled toilets we had didn't have a lid but this one has and therefore looks more refined. I would happily recommend this product.

Great addition if you have replacement hips or spinal damage. Best thing is a proper lid,looks good,ultra easy to clean,handles out of way or down. Flexible I'll little of gadget great but... Comfy till one leans back and ultra white plastic lid wobbles against loo cistern...not so good.

Originally, I ordered one without arms. I cancelled that and ordered this one. I'm glad I did. It is a big product for my little bathroom. Getting to my washbasin is a little harder. But having a taller seat with handles, out weighs any disadvantages. If I had to choose again, I would choose this one again. It is sturdy as long as the screws are tighten well. I no longer have the strength in my hand to do that, so I probably will retighten it every couple of months. I brought a new silicone toilet brush to use with it but that didn't work as well so I have ordered an ordinary, yet extra long toilet brush, to clean it with.

Lots of parts for fitting the raised toilet seat but all went together smoothly. Very comfortable, sturdy and stable. I was so pleased, as none are advertised, that it fit over our square fronted toilet bowl. Brilliant

mainly really impressed with this toilet seat. easy to fit, easy to clean, looks good, the only thing that prevented me from giving it 5 stars is the lift up lid should be made strong enough for you to sit on. i didn't even try sitting on it as it bowes in just by pressing down lightly on it with my hand so i am certain it couldn't take the weight of a person weighing 13st which i am and that weight is well within the weight limits for the rest of the product. please bring an updated version with a stronger lid as many people sit on toilet lids when drying themselves after a bath or shower.

I feel very safe and secure using this seat, it is just perfect for my needs

Gewollt hatte ich eins von einem anderen Hersteller, kam leider schon defekt an und die Rücklieferung war auch nicht ganz ohne, deshalb hab ich dann dieses als Notlösung bestellt. Dafür muss ich der anderen Firma fast schon danken, denn das Teil machte beim Zusammenbau kein Problem, die Montage war einfach und was mich am Meisten Überraschte, das Ding hält. Das was vorher montiert war, wackelte etwas und Männer hatten müh und not selbst im sitzen alles in die Schüssel zu bekommen was rein sollte. Bei diesem Modell kein Problem, man fühlt sich wie auf einem normalen Toilettensitz und weder beim entledigen noch beim Spülen läuft was daneben.

Come da titolo, ritengo che questo sia uno dei migliori prodotti della categoria. Facile da installare e materiali di altissima qualità. Il prodotto arriva perfettamente imballato in ogni sua parte. Lo ritengo 100% compatibile con ogni wc, in quanto si va a installare nei due classici fori presenti sui wc. La staffa di fissaggio può essere regolata, per cui non ci sono problemi sulle distanze dei fori. La seduta può essere regolata su diverse altezze, e addirittura con diverse inclinazioni, per semplificare i movimenti. Entrambi i braccioli possono essere alzati e abbassati, e risulta molto molto stabile sul wc. Nella confezione è presente un chiarissimo manuale di istruzioni, che rende il montaggio (10 minuti in tutto) estremamente semplice. Inoltre, ovviamente sono presenti tutti gli accessori (viti di fissaggio, guarnizioni, blocca maniglie, guanti) veramente tutto pronto per l'installazione. Assolutamente consigliato, mi rendo conto che costa più di altri modelli, ma credete, sulla sicurezza e stabilità di un prodotto di questo tipo non si scherza.

Ce réhausseur est vraiment costaud et son installation n'est pas trop compliquée. Il faut juste bien lire et suivre la notice d'installation. Le plus compliqué sera de démonter obligatoirement l'ancien siège des toilettes car les vis sont bien souvent très oxydées. Le réglage des différentes hauteurs est très simple, et rapidement mis en œuvre. Les accoudoirs pivotants sont pratiques et très rigides. Après une semaine d'utilisation, ma mère est très contente de ce matériel qui facilite à nouveau sa mobilité aux toilettes. Il faudra aussi prendre le temps de vérifier que les dimensions de votre cuvette WC permettra de recevoir ce réhausseur. C'est donc un matériel de qualité, dont il faudra vérifier la compatibilité avant achat, que je recommande.
