Customer Service, from as soon as you order is fantastic!!!!!......second to none!!!!.They are in touch with you from ordering to delivery, confirming conversations on the phone by email. They tell you the names of the delivery men ......everything !!!. The delivery came on time as expected by 2 very lovely men who took the chairs where Iwanted them, assembled them (putting legs on ), took all packing way with them too. The chairs are better in the 'flesh', than they look in the photos too, comfortable, large well made and stylish....all together a lovely experience, would recommend buying in confidence from Lovesofas !!!!😀 I'm a happy customer 😀😁😂😃😄😅
