Hello, Yes, this product should likely be able to be adjusted down to fit your players neck. The sizing of our neck guard will largely be based on a neck circumference measurement rather than age. The youth sizing will cover a neck circumference measurement of 12-14 inches. Q: Will a junior size fit an adult or senior will be more suitable for an adult?

I doubt a Jr size would fit an adult. My 16 year old son wears the senior size. He is 6 foot tall 170lbs average build.
