The watch is very lightweight and in fact too much so. The main quibble is the fastening mechanism, by far too flimsy and practically impossible to fasten single handedly.Would not buy again or recommend.

I had bought this one maybe an year and a half back, which is still working and looks really good also. Which is why I ordered another one recently to give to someone else. But when it came the clasp part came off on its own, tried to attach it back but as you can see from the first photo it is loose and doesn't stay on.However giving the four star because of my previous purchase (second photo) which is still going good.

This is the second one I've baught. I love it but the design of the links being removed is flawed.. or I just always happen to get sent ones that break easily. After taking links out the pins don't stay back in. I now have two watches that have broken and I can't do anything about it.

I am delighted with the watch - exactly what I was expecting.I have not given five stars because, within three days of receipt one of the pins in the bracelet fell out and was lost (complete with the 'sleeve' that is meant to hold it in place). Fortunately my husband is very capable and managed to replace it with a spare, using epoxy resin. The watch is so good, however, that this would not put me off ordering another.

Nicely made watch with good quality wood and a clear face. Very light and the strap is very comfortable with no pinching like you sometimes get from similar metal straps. Removing links takes a bit of a push with the provided tool (make sure you're pushing out the centre of the correct side - the flat side won't work at all) but it took me just a few minutes to remove three links to fit my wife's wrist.It's worth noting that the jewellery clasp isn't the stiffest, so if you catch it on something it could be pulled open - but that doesn't detract from the watch itself. If you're planning on giving this as a gift, I should point out that it does come in a fairly decent cardboard box but there's some very poor English translation printed on the outside and the details reveal that this is re-badged Chinese watch (albeit with a Japanese movement). This may or may not be important to you!

Beautiful and quirky watch.Only a few of the links are removable and bought for my mum who has very narrow wrists so had to break off another link and do some DIY to get it to fit.As someone else said the clasp is a little loose also.TAKE CARE when removing links as the pins have collars on them that are supposed to stay in but popped out on some of the links complicating things.But all sorted, and nice watch.

Bought as a gift for someone with allergies to metals. Really nice item, nice colours and included a sizing tool. Even the back plate is wood and the screws are countersunk so they don't sit against the skin. The box it came in (though presentable enough) doesn't stay shut when picked up so 4star.

Beautiful deep red colour watch. Once I got the links off (a bit tricky), I was able to remove all extra ones and it fits my slim wrist perfectly. It might be a struggle if someone has tiny wrists, but great for everyone else. I have had lots of compliments on it.
