Unbleached, thick cotton cloth, excellent for straining yoghurt/cheese curds/soy milk etc. These are properly hemmed so you don't risk loose threads in your cheese, and the filtered whey was MUCH clearer than what local "marking cloth" yields. These can be boiled to sanitize them, with a little baking soda, washing soda or vinegar to remove odours and residue. Each cloth will comfortably hold 500g of cheese, leaving room to hang or tuck the corners.
