No problems. Great fiber content, keeps me full for way longer than usual. I add this to my existing shake with chocolate greens and l-glutamine (GLP1 helpers). I do have one MTHFR variant and tend to have leaky gut problems. My only mark for one star off is it doesn’t say where it’s manufactured. Which worries me. I do not take supplements manufactured in China or Mexico. Both countries are producers of fentanyl. I hope they update their labeling to be large and clear. I will update this review as I continue the usage of the product for 30 days. All these products are made in China & India. I will no longer be taking it. They wouldn’t answer where it was manufactured and it’s because all Taiyo products are made in India & China. Both of those places also have very high heavy metals in their soils. I wish companies could be honest before you waste your money. Just don’t. The safety cannot be trusted. Only take supplements that are grown in Europe or America. China also lies a lot of analysis documents. It stinks the world we live in where companies lie about these things but they do sadly.
