First off the fact it’s adjustable and can fit any body type, being a super skinny girl it’s hard to find things to fit! It’s portable so no more being trapped in wires and it’s attached to you so no more using water bottles having to hold them and carry them around or risk getting burnt! It has three levels of heat and it gets very hot! So be careful! It also has three levels of vibration or massaging levels and that’s a nice function I actually like it wouldn’t use it in public though it’s a bit loud it’s amazing for cramps and can be used for back pain! Not to mention they come in the prettiest colors so pretty fashionable to! You can wear them with a hoodie and no one knows you have one on as some who get awful cramps this thing is a lifesaver get your slimpal today I guarantee it will be your bestfriend!!

This is a great product!! I love how it’s portable and doesn’t confine you with a cord. The battery life is great too!! I do, however, wish that you could use it when it’s charging, but you can’t. So if you’re someone that will need one for a large portion of the day, it might be beneficial to purchase 2 so you can use one while the other is charging! And on that note, it needs a USB-C charger to charge and the one provided (at least in my package) didn’t work, so you may need to provide your own!! But overall, excellent product, with a great battery life.

Was very satisfied with my purchase; the functions are easy to figure out and it is very comfortable to wear under clothing when going out. The waistband is soft enough and so is the heating pad on the stomach. I find the lowest heat setting to be the most comfortable and it is adequate to last for the amount of hours. Charging is easy although the time takes quite a bit. I personally do not use the massage function due to the noise, which can easily be heard in public. It also doesn’t seem to do much for relieving cramps, but everything else is great!

My daughter bought this for herself (daughter currently writing this): I absolutely love this product. It is so convenient and practical. On those days when I don't feel like I can get out of my bed because my cramps are so bad, but I know that I need to get out and go run errands, I always grab this and it almost instantly subsides my cramps. I also love that it gets warm immediately when I turn it on and stays warm for hours. I highly highly recommend this for women who have cramps often!

i have the worst cramps in the world because i have pros and they tend to get very uncomfortable. This heating pad defiantly helps alleviate my cramps. It doesn't just heat up but has different waves of vibrations. Make some tea and relax with your heating pad it will really be helpful. I love that it's not battery operated and that it only requires me to connect the charger wisely and boom its charged and ready to go.

I did like the warming feature. I wasn't to big of fan of the vibration massage it was. It good for spot treatment not for the whole stomach

I love this heating pad. It relieves my menstrual cramps and provides comfort during my time of the month. The adjustable waistband makes it easy to tighten and tuck under all wardrobes. I wear it to the gym, running errands, or even work. My only criticism is that I wish the battery power lasted longer because of how much I use it! I recommend it as a gift for any woman who struggles with menstrual pain.

I use this because I suffer from killer cramps during ovulation and my period. The heat is not overpowering but just enough for my needs as well as the vibration is nice although a little loud. The belt is very useful so you are not tied down to an outlet. Charge and your good to go about your life while getting some relief. It's cute ans compact which a nice bonus. I reccomend it to all my friends.

I really like this product and have so far used it for lower back, shoulder and neck pain.I’ve found the different heat settings to be good but prefer to use the warmest setting as I’m used to using a hot water bottle. I’ve not used the vibrating modes so much but they have been good for the neck pain and have helped in alleviating migraines.The vibrating modes are noisy which would be a problem if you wanted to use the product discreetly.The product is straightforward to use and quick to charge. I found it lasted long enough to alleviate pain and discomfort.
