Love this foundation, not itching or breaking out in hives and the color is perfect. Blends really nice with my skin tone (ultra white) goes on soft and smooth, covers what I need it to. It's like I am not wearing makeup. Almost didn't get it because some of the reviews stated it was too dark. If it blends in my skin it's not dark as I am glow in the dark white. Sunburn real easy. I didn't see if it had any sun protection but I usually put on sun protection anyway, wait 15 minutes, then apply makeup. AZ sun even on cloudy days will burn skin. It's perfect in price, color, and size, works excellent.

I really like this foundation. I'm an elderly woman and anyone that is up in age knows how makeup sinks into every wrinkle you have and even the ones that you didn't know you had. This foundation of Almay's is really worth checking into. I find it lightly covers, which I like. I don't like heavy makeup, never have. It doesn't cake like some do nor does it settle down into my wrinkles. It gives my face a dewy look, not a matted look. It's white when you put it on and then immediately, it will adjust to your skin tone.

Too dark , I started with light , then tried light medium , then tried fair... still too dark. Other than that great product. I am Irish. Very light with freckles, but I am definitely not the lightest person out there.So there are a lot of people that this is going to be too dark for.

I am loving this! It evens my skin tone and it doesn’t leave my skin oily. My skin stay moisturized and it lasts all day. Blends well.

My usual foundation has been discontinued. I purchased this as a guess. What a fantastic find. I have pale skin, and bought "light". Feels wonderful on skin - no issues. Anything with SPF in it usually makes my skin 'angry' / like it's burning. This foundation has great coverage. It feels light. It does not settle into creases if you have mature / older skin. All the way around - a wonderful find. Highly recommend.

I’m nearly 50 years old and my preferred makeup style is simple; moisturizing primer, a basic foundation, fill the eyebrows a touch, a tinted lip balm, and maybe some blush if I feel pale. I’ve tried most big brands of foundations, from drugstore brands up to the most expensive department store items, but never really found an ideal match in a comfortable foundation until trying this product. I have cool-toned, fair combination skin and most foundations look and feel too thick, settling into pores and creases. My skin is also pretty sensitive, so I avoid anything with scents or heavy consistencies because they can cause rashes and breakouts.This foundation is almost white out of the tube but after application and light blending, it matches my skin perfectly and evens my skin tone very well. It feels light and not at all sticky or heavy. I can’t feel it any more than my moisturizer. While I wouldn’t consider it to be moisturizing on its own, it’s not drying at all. The big test for me today was a visit to the dentist. After X-rays and cleaning, the foundation hadn’t rubbed off or gathered in spots, as I’ve come to expect from almost every brand. My skin still appeared soft and healthy with consistent coloration and texture.This has become my daily foundation and I see no reason to swap to anything else. The price here is far better than any competitors as well.I’ve seen some mention that the color didn’t match their skin well. I would advise that you still need to choose the right tone for your skin. I couldn’t apply a dark or warm tone to my pale cool skin and expect it to match. I do hope they’ll release a broader range of colors for a more diverse group of customers as it’s still pretty limited to light skin tones.

My normal foundation was sold out, so I tried this one, based on customer reviews. Truth be told, I really like the look and feel, but after a couple of days of wear, my face began to break out. I've worn Almay products in the past without any side effects, so either the product is tainted, or all the additives aren't truly skin friendly for my face. I understand everyone is different, so good luck.

this goes on so smoothly. It goes on as a white cream and turns your color as you apply it. the only thing is that it is for light coverage and at my age and complexion I need a more moderate coverage. Still a good product.

Too dark

This product turned my skin orange. Great for Halloween but I couldn't wear it any other time. soo disappointed.

I received a used item. Scratched half-empty bottle is stated as NEW in the description.Besides it has strange smell (like expired) though it should be fragrance-free.
