Slightly larger than the existing seal on our toilet, but still fits within the gap on the system. Measured before buying and there's about a 1cm difference between the two.Easy to fit, even for a novice like me. No more dribble down the back of the toilet bowl. Saved us about £100 on a plumber, so I'm very glad I gave it a go!

The overall circumference of this washer is slightly bigger than the original but the centre piece fit perfectly and it did the job of stopping the leakage of water

Had a toilet that sometimes didn’t fill right. Kept trickling water into the bowl. Found out that the rubber wasn’t seating properly due to age / wear. Bought this , easy to fit and works well.

You’ll probably find at some point your new build home toilets will start constantly leaking water into the toilet bowl, as they all seem to use the same flush valves (Taylor Wimpey, Persimmon etc). I’ve seen some original flush valve seals last a year, others 10yrs but eventually they all begin to fall apart and lose the seal. This is a super cheap and effective way to fix the issue, and this seal, albeit a little larger in diameter than manufacturer spec, seals perfectly. Just make sure you clean everything up while it’s all out, especially if you use sanitising toilet blocks.

After seeing a video, I purchased these to stop the water running from the cistern into my toilet bowl. They were easy to insert into the flushing mechanism and have stopped the leaking of water into the bowl. I am on a water meter so these will be saving me money. Good price, easy to fit and seem to be of decent quality.

Unfortunately these didn't create a sufficient seal on my toilet. I had to purchase the more expensive Armitage Shanks branded. They worked a treat. If you try these and get he fail look for the new white silicone seals.
