Great customer service
Great product and better customer service. I ordered it and when arrived the bottle was damaged and half of the product spilled. I contact them and they not a week later I have received my cleanser with a gift!! I highly recommend product and seller

Good product bad delivery
While the product appears to be of good quality (not for me) I am very disappointed in the packaging. On receipt the seal had broken and a large amount of the product was smeared on the inside of the packaging. It should have been sealed within bubble wrap.

Packing sloppy
I just received the package this morning and it was broken when I opened the package. I'm really disappointed, not due to the quality of the product because I have used it many times, but because the packaging is sloppy. I've lost more than half of facial gel and I can't use it anymore. I took a picture of the package when opened recently and I hope to get the appropriate explanation.
