A lot. You only need a small amount . Maybe 3 tablespoons for about 6 -8 portions of chicken.

How many grams of salt per 100g does this contain? The nutritional information is very vague. On purpose?

Not sure, I have finished jar but you don't need lots of it very spicy and very hot x

how long does it keep

Well I bought mine from March 2015 and it's still good. Because of the pepper and different spices that they use to make it can last for long time especially in the refrigerator or freezer.
