I am cold when I fall asleep and hot around 2am. This blanket feels cold at first but keeps me warm while I fall asleep and somehow regulates me through the night. As long as we keep the AC at 68 this blanket keeps me asleep. In addition it is super comfy and soft. My kids are constantly takingnover our bed because they love thus blanket. It's got enough weight to help me settle but it's light enough for spring and cool enough for summer. In addition it's got the OEKO-TEX® Label Check. I'm actually really happy with this purchase.

I saw an advertisement for this bedding in my Facebook feed and thought I’d give it a try through Amazon. I really hate feeling hot and sweaty at night and am always looking for “better” bedding. Yes, I was totally influenced by the marketing (plus the generous return policy).I did no research and had no idea what to expect. I ended up buying both sheets and duvet, and was surprised to learn they are all stretchy, like spandex or silky soccer shorts. Silky stretchy I call it. The fabric is definitely cooling (almost cold) and extremely soft to the to the touch, but in a way that is very different than cotton or other materials like bamboo and eucalyptus (I have them all). Bottom line is that this bedding is doing a great job keeping me cool. And on cold nights, I put a Hutterite goose down blanket on top so I can still feel the silky coolness of the duvet, and still do not overheat! There is something about the fabric: it holds some heat but it’s cool to the touch at the same time, not sure how to explain. It’s amazing for both cool nights and hot nights.I can also confirm that the quality of the duvet and sheets is VERY high. No they are not inexpensive. Quality isn’t cheap. But considering all the money I spend trying to have a consistently comfortable sleep, this is a worthwhile investment and I want to have the best.Lastly, I have had no challenges with washing and keeping them clean. They wash in warm water and I dry on medium heat. The fabric dries quickly. The instructions say do not dry on high heat and that is the only thing I do different when I wash/dry compared to my other bedding.

I gave one to my sister-in-law for Christmas and she loved it. I have bought 3 more since…. One for me and 2 for gifts.

For someone like me who always sleeps hot, this is a lifesaver! I often sleep without sheets due to how hot it makes me feel but this magical cooling conforter is cool all the time! The weight is also perfect to boot!

I love the soft color (blue). I usually fall asleep and then wake up sweltering under the cover. I finally found a conforter that keeps me comfortably covered all night! Five stars!!!!
