So handy!
This thing is a beast! Doesn’t weigh much specially in comparison with other materials, better price for what you get and what you get is an excellent quality box that fits tons of cooking gear organized. Depending what you put there will alter the weight, I have a Trangia 37, a GSI pinnacle systems, Sea to Summit colapsable kettle and cups, Fire Maple small heat exchanger pot, small canister stove in case of fire bans, Fozzills plates and bowls, UCO forks and knives, MSR spatula, ladle, Opinel knives, cutting board, biodegradable soap and sponge etc etc. and still have space for more. I’m a 5’4” woman, 66 and can carry it without a heavy stove on top but I do put paper towels, dog bowls etc on the top. Recently I was camping in the desert and used the top by itself to put on the ground filled with things that would’ve blown with the wind. I don’t know I’d be using the top to wash dishes, too much water, but I certainly can find many uses once is off (which is easy) while camping. Seems very sturdy and well made and I’d definitely recommend it instead of the wooden slide out since you can just open and cook from the hutch or carry to the table. I’m definitely more than satisfied and I recommend it. By the way I’m not affiliated in any way to the company, I’m just a happy camper.

Proved my husband wrong
I ordered this box directly from their website (same price) last year. My husband rolled his eyes at me and did not see the value - but I had faith this would elevate my camping experience. Before, most of the mess kit and such lived in a tote. With two kids and a dog, I was annoyed at always digging around and reorganizing the camp kitchen multiple times a day.It took a long time to get here but lemme tell you? WORTH THE WAIT! I can fit my nice cooking pots, stove, knives, cutting board, mugs/plates/bowls/utensils, fire starter, matches, lighter, seasonings, hot pads and garbage bags with room to spare! Didn’t need to pack the camp sinks at all. Throw this on top of the picnic table and it’s at the best height for cooking! My husband ate crow and I made sure to talk loudly about my silly camp box on every trip this summer. He loves it.After a year of use, I noticed some bowing at the top of the box and was worried about long term functionality. I emailed and they replaced immediately, hassle-free. THAT is the type of customer service I loooooove to support!

Nearly perfect camp kitchen
This was a decision that came after nearly a year of consideration, research, adding to cart, removing, starting the search over only to arrive at the same choice. 😂 Save yourself the time and just do it.Pros:- Well-organized spaces. Just about any camp stove will fit beautifully. I use an Eureka Ignite 2 burner and there is room to spare for setting down a cooking utensil.- Love the built in handles. Easy to get a confident grip on the whole kit.- Fold down prep area. How great to have a nice, large space to work!- Utensil drawer. Plenty of dedicated space for not only the usual flatware, but for larger cooking tools. Good thinking, y’all!- Removable lid turns into a very large wash bin.- Brilliant for SUV camping. I pull it over to the edge of my tailgate and enjoy the most comfortable outdoor cooking setup ever. It really is a joy.Cons:- Flatware drawer falls out easily. Suggestion: Swap the vertical space, putting the drawer on the bottom.- Vertical plate space is just shy of supporting a standard dinner plate. Not a deal breaker, but is a smidge annoying.- I wish there were a way to keep the lid up and supported so you don’t have to have the area behind the box clear. Again, just a minor annoyance.I’ll capture some video as I use this more. In the meantime, you’re welcome to see it in use on IG @tent.and.lantern.All in all, a great purchase. Mom and pop business based here in the U.S. Quick shipping, and a solid product. i have no doubt that my son will someday use it with his children.

I wanted it to be the "one" so badly
I ordered this directly from their site and could not wait for it to arrive. I was so excited to have an organized kitchen for my camping excursions. Well, I'm sad to say I used it twice and it is sitting in my garage. Yes, it is durable and American-made. I love all that. But, there were things that just made it a pain to use. 1. The latch does not keep the top lid closed. I pick it up move it a bit - and the latch pops open. The drawers are a huge pain to pull out and to force back in. They are warped and do not slide in well. The front panel gets stuck and is a huge pain to pry open. I feel like my unit has some warps. Like the top has a bow in it. Also, it would be great if the front panel could lay flat. It would make that space useful for a cutting or counter surface. But it doesn't. Like I said, I wanted it to work. But yeah.

Very disappointed
We hoped this chuck box would be a great addition to our camping gear. It's made in the U.S. so we felt certain we were purchasing a quality product. However, it has several issues that resulted in our disappointment:1. The flatware drawer is very difficult to slide in and out. We ended up removing it and using the small storage bin instead.2. Our 10.5 inch dinner plates are just shy of fitting in the compartments.3. The front panel does not sit squarely on the unit. It has to be forced open and closed.4. When measured for square, the box is obviously warped. In the end, the flatware drawer was tossed in the recycle bin and the box is now a craft box that holds my wife's knitting and crocheting materials.

Love It!!! Super Durable and Stores Everything for Camp Cooking!!!!
I've had one of these camp kitchens for a number of years and love it. I use it for camping with my family and solo trips. It is super heavy duty and fits my stove, utensils, pots & pans, spices, and everything else I need for camping. This makes it really easy to setup for cooking on a tailgate or picnic table and you can use your stove right ontop of it. Love how easy this makes packing and unpacking for camping, I find myself constantly refining contents adding extra things and streamlining my camp cooking. I used to use a plastic storage bin, but like how this product has a silverware tray drawer and dividers to keep everything more organized.
