Good quality ink

I purchased another Epson that uses 522 and now I am stuck with bottles of ink 502 I cannot use. Be careful when purchasing the same brand but a different model. It would be nice if the manufacturer gave me an exchange for the bottles. At this point I am considering purchasing another company’s printing machine when the ink runs out.

Excellent ink and the only sensible way to provide it rather than those ultra expensive, tiny quantity cartridge.

I will only purchase OEM Epson ink as i want to keep my ecoprinter printing for hopefully years to come. I also wanted to add I support Epson printers because, they were the first to bring out the eco tank printers and, I love that they started this revolution of eco-tank printers!

I like the way the Epson 502 EcoTank auto-stop ink bottle works. When held upside down, no ink drips out. When put on top of the tank, it slips into place and the ink pours in. We were having a hard time seeing if the black ink was empty or full (it looked empty as the plastic showing was grey in colour) but it was actually full. It did not overflow as we kept trying to add ink. The ink will dry up on print heads if the machine is not used very often. We were having to clean heads often due to the black ink not printing. You have to use the machine. We have another main black ink only machine we usually use, but are now using the Epson even for basic printing more often and have not had a problem with having to clean the heads since.

Got the 502 which i wanted, but the product says 512? Kinda confusing. The rest of the description and photos say it's 502

Easy to fill the tanks, no mess. Colours are not as bright as I expected from an Epson product.
