If you are like me, I break phones constantly, then you need this phone. I've had other, so called, rugged phones, not even, they all broke...quick! Not this one! I work construction, and this phone takes a beating. Unlike other phones of this type, this phone is responsive, nice clear screen, and lots of memory. It's been dropped, repeatedly, doused in oil, water, saw dust, coffee, just about anything it could be dropped from or into, I did it and it survived. Great phone, from a great company! AND it was just $99, come on! That's awesome! Only con, no flir camera on this model, was one of the reasons I ordered it, but my fault for not reading the fine print. The info said it did, so I ordered. Next time. They should make it clearer on the info section that this one doesn't. This miscommunication is the reason for 4 stars. Size is perfect, fits in tool belt. With the big text, it's easy to use.

Phone only lasted a month. Battery wasn’t good in it

Loving this phone after about 7 months I think. I have had no issues aside from declining phone calls, I'll swipe all the way down and it'll show it being declined but won't do it until multiple attempts. Small issue but as someone with a phone number previously used for a business, it's definitely an issue. You also cannot upgrade the software to fit the IR camera, so that was disappointing as I heard they were both made the same and only needed a paid software update but that's false.

Second cat phone I've had that was just junk. This one took forever to charge and ran out of battery fast. It's an older phone but it felt a lot older than it is with mediocre performance in every aspect. They made it indestructible but sacrificed quality.

I purchased this phone for my husband that breaks every phone and cracks the screens. So far this phone is proving to be a very good rugged option. I would definitely recommend it as a no frills reliable option.

I bought this for my fiance months ago after getting tired of him breaking his phone by tossing it in his pocket while up on the roofs, and it slipping out, crashing into pieces on the ground below. So far this phone has lasted multiple drops from low height and rooftops, and there's virtually no issue with the charge port clogging with asphalt. This has got to be our best investment phone-wise

Got my device in the box and the charger for it and that's it. Sadly it's hard to find the stated manufacturers manual for this device to learn more about the prongs on the back of the phone. Other than that. The phone works great it was in better condition then most of my phones I've owned in the past hopefully it will survive multiple incidents with it falling off my handlebars while riding my motorcycle. Everything you need on a phone without the fragile tendencies of a consumer product.
