Wonderful tea kettle. The wooden handle and spout are perfect to keep from getting burned. The lid fits snuggly to keep in the heat but comes off without a fuss. The pad keeps my table safe so I can have the kettle available for refills. I like the color and the whistle. :)

I'm pleased with how it looks.It does perform well, the only problem is when the water's at a full boil, it does not whistle not a big issue considering the price I like the look but the whistle would have been nice.Just to remind me if I get sidetracked, but otherwise a nice little kettle
