I loved it.This is a great find, for me personally, as I am type 1 diabetic, and even though I should be banned from consuming sugar, I do have a sweet tooth!I am not sure why, or even how a 1 star review was allowed to be given, because the taste was 'strange'? I think that is a little unfair.It has a nice caramel taste, perfect for my sweet tooth, and I can use it in my cooking, without the high GI. I haven't tried it in my coffee, but I just know its going to be a perfect alternative to sweeteners.Of course, not everyone has the same taste as me, but, in my honest opinion, it is really very nice, and I will definitely buy it again.I am probably going to suffer weight gain from this because as soon as it came, I unscrewed the top, took off the seal, dipped my spoon in, tasted it, got a lovely surprise, and I will perhaps get someone to hide it, to stop myself!Yummy!

The better for you sugar???
Well theoretically sugar is sugar but this is supposed to be a little better for reducing “ the glucose spike “ so thought I’d try it in baking. Smells like caramel straight out of the well made packet, it’s a drier texture than brown sugar and sweetened the pudding nicely- I like it ( but maybe not the price ) 😉.

This is the best sugar substitute I’ve tried. The taste is rather nice with no after taste. It’s not quite as sweet as sugar which for me is perfect. It comes in a robust foil package and delivery was very quick. I can now have my occasional coffee to a taste I love.

Awesome flavour
Used in a carrot cake and also just dissolved into milk. Tastes nicer than brown sugar to me and doesn't get as moist.
