Great little cooking stone for the price. It heats up nicely and does exactly what you’d expect—simple, effective, and looks good when serving. Perfect for small gatherings or a fun at-home cooking experience. Definitely worth it.

For our first use, we slowly brought it up to 500F. It worked great to grill our steaks and vegetables. Next time we will bring it up to 600F to see if it will cook the food quicker and stay hot longer. Cute knives too!

Quality and durability is great but for me it was hard to cook with because the heat doesnt last long. I bought this to use for date movie nights. I tried cooking thin steaks on it and found that the meat was half cooked. I followed the instructions and let it heat up in the oven for an hr, but it still didn’t last long enough to cook my steaks well done.

An absolute amazing experience! I got this for my girlfriend for a stay at home date night and we made steaks at the table. its so easy to use but its pretty heavy, so make sure to get a firm grip when carrying it out of the oven. the heat distribution on the rock even like 10 minutes after was still pretty good.

Got for nephew and his wife. It was a nice set and nice Christmas gift.

Every bite was deliciously hot to the very end, I have never enjoyed a steak more. With this stone, I feel like I can slow down and take the time to savor and enjoy every bite instead of trying to eat it before it gets too cold. It does take time and planning to get the stone hot enough to cook on, but it is worth the effort. The bamboo tray has a stainless steel insert that catches drippings for easier cleanup. The stone is so smooth and polished that food doesn’t stick and cleanup is easy. It stays hot for a long time, simply amazing! Works great a tray to keep food warm too.

Granite broke the first time I heated it. A replacement on Amazon is now $10 more. In addition, the Nutrichef customer service team is ineffective and arrogant! Don't buy this junk!

Idéal pour la cuisson sur pierre chaud de la viande. Le goût de la viande est normalement meilleur et on peut cuire comme on le souhaite plus on laisse plus c’est cuit à point. Facile d’utilisation et facile à entretenir plaque en métal livrer à poser entre la pierre et la planche.
