I was going through anxiety and my sleep cycle was disturbed but within 2 weeks I saw improvement in anxiety it's better to first talk to dietrician about consuming this product if u r under some medications

This is a reasonable price because the price in the stores are like $30+. I like the powder form better than the capsules because I’m able to put it inside my smoothies.

This has a good aroma and seems to be helping, although I haven’t tried very much of it yet. he was packaged extra well.. I hope this product comes down in price sometime soon although it was close in price to other brands I never checked with eBay.
