Hi Ava. There are 45 positive affirmation cards. Also, on the back of the cards you will find 45 empowerment and motivational thought-provoking questions that will help you understand and fully accept the afirmation as true, so you can get best results.

No, lo siento... quizás en el futuro... Gracias.

What makes these affirmations "for women"?

This is an excelent question! Well, the cards are all about self empowerment, about loving and accepting yourself and the ones around you, which don't only apply to women, but to whomever is in search for a happier self. However, for a woman to better identify with some affirmations, the design contains women images/outlines. And last but not least, they were written by a woman, that took herself, her life, and all her experiences and challenges as a reference point when creating the women affirmation cards.

Are these appropriate for a 13 year old?

These daily affirmation cards are designed for self-empowerement, self-love and finding peace and love within oneself. Even if they are easy to affirm and accept as true, they are not taylored for a 13 years old, as they have other needs to cover(some cover basic needs, but most are more spiritual than what a 13 old would need).
