Definitely for cooking crepes/eggs
I’m sure that palette knife is fine if it doesn’t contact heat: but it is advertised in part as a spatula for crepes, eggs, etc. This will definitely not work, as it melts almost immediately on a medium hot (ie appropriate for thin crepes) pan. By all means use this to smoothen icing. But if you want to cook with this, look elsewhere.

Nylon melts!
We were happy with our spatula for a few months. However, it didn't take long before the nylon started to gently melt on the warm steel handle. The blade then fell off the handle and couldn't be persuaded to stay in place.

Rubbish
The handle separated right out of the box and the spatula part is just some kind of cheap plastic. Could not recommend.

Spatula not for induction cooking
The ends of this spatula started to curl after using on a pancake pan on an induction Cooker. Quite disappointing since this with a pan was a present.

The plastic end melted on my first use making pancakes…. Rubbish!

Schaut stabil aus
Der Spatel schaut sehr wertig aus und liegt gut in der Hand! Nicht in der zu heissen Pfanne liegenlassen, hält nur bis 210 Grad aus!
