Q: What is the difference between this and the original apart from a slightly different front?

The Groegg2 is slightly bigger and has a silicone shell. You can also change the brightness level as it has 3 different settings.

Q: Gro egg doesn’t light up at all when plugged in. Is this normal? Have tried pressing button on bottom too

The egg has to be plugged in an switched on all the time for it to work
