I purchased this for my daughters birthday and she loves this gum-ball machine. Its not tall at all and it sits on her table in her room, but its loads of fun for her makes the music and the lights are catchy for her. It was a birthday gift and she's still excited about this and I made the purchase in May.

Works fine and my daughter will keep it. The coin slot is basically pretend. I had one as a kid where you couldn't get a gumball unless you put a coin in. I thought thats what I was buying. This isn't the reason for the 3 stars. Its the price. $79 is a lot for this item. It just feels very plastic and cheap. In my opinion $30-$40 is a more reasonable price. As you can see in my picture, the globe is about as strong as a 2 liter bottle of pop. I can push the plastic easily in with my thumb.

This bubble gum machine was bought for our grandsons 8th Birthday. I also purchased additional gum balls. The kids all loved and my grandson and his brothers are still enjoying going to it to get some gum. The o ly problem is that maybe due to shipping, some of the candy coating on the gum balls fall off and if you just dunks the bags in the machine the candy particles will clog the passage way not allowing a gum ball to pass through. We just lean the machine to the side the candy pieces get dislodged and then the gum ball drops down. But before I add any additional gum balls I will pouthem Ina calendar and then scopp up just the balls and throw away the broken pieces. Make sense?

My special needs son LOVES gum ball machines. He saw this one on Amazon and told me “this this”. We ordered it and it keeps him entertained for literally an hour or more. The lights and sounds are not too loud and he is so happy when he’s playing with it. I would definitely buy again!

I thought this would be taller. And they give you like a pack of gumballs for this thing. So if you’re looking to fill it up, you need to buy a lot more than what they give you.

Grandchild love the bubbles machine and his friends. Great for children. I put Jelly Bean in it.
