What is the 20% urea cream designed for?

It is designed for daily care of dry, rough and textured skin. The formula combines 20% urea and 2% salicylic acid with hyaluronic acid, aloe vera and other skin-conditioning ingredients.

Should I choose the 20% or 40% urea cream?

Choose 20% for regular care of dry, rough skin. Choose 40% when thicker, more stubborn callused areas need more intensive care. If you are new to urea cream or unsure, begin with the 20% formula.

Where can I use the 20% urea cream?

Apply it to dry, rough areas such as feet, heels, hands, elbows and knees. Use only on external, intact skin. Avoid the face, eyes, sensitive areas and open, bleeding or irritated skin.

How should I apply it?

Apply a small amount to clean, dry skin and massage until absorbed. Start once daily and adjust based on your skin's response. Consistent use is recommended, but avoid applying more than needed.

Can this formula cause tingling or irritation?

Urea and salicylic acid may cause temporary tingling, especially on sensitive or damaged skin. Patch test before first use. Reduce use or stop if persistent burning, redness or irritation occurs.

Lovely scent, excellent results

Lovely scent and a rich texture. I’ve struggled with a certain type of eczema and this cream has really helped keep the skin on my feet soft and moisturised. It reduced the dryness and peeling, and a little goes a long way. I’ll definitely buy it again.

Excellent cream

Been going threw creams for years and read about this on another platform and I delighted with the product, I have read reviews stating 40%is better but for now I will use this 20% and get 40 next time, as I'm so happy of the consistency and spread and it soaks in so well, not like other creams where they are slimy or make my feet irritated. God send cream!!

This is not 20% Urea cream.

This is not 20% urea cream. It is an oil based cheap moisturiser. If it contains any urea at all it will be a token amount. Urea is water soluble and should dissolve in warm water. This cream however floats and maintains it’s shape. If you want an oil based moisturiser then it’s fine I suppose. But if you need actual urea cream for a specific reason, this product will not help you. The claim on the packaging and this webpage are, as far as I know, false.

Mein Zaubermittel
