Elica installation was wonderful. Technician Ganesh was super in fixing the initial issue with pipeline gas.

Worst company and support, product is good
Bought 4 burner cook stop. No one came for demo even after request and calls. Got it done by myself paying outside technicians extra. Burners are not working properly, it gets high flame due to which it looks like accidental jn usage. Since day 1 of buying it, has been calling Customer care of elica. Request is raised and gets closed. No update, no technician visit, just wasting my time in giving same process and response. Worst ever. Never going to buy Elica products again. And will tell the same to my family friends to never buy it.
