This is high-quality. No issues. Consistent heat that feels deep.My only knock is the graphic they use makes the heating pad look a little bigger than it is. (Either that or the guy using the heating pad is smaller than I envision.)

These heating pads heat up quickly, are flexible, and get very warm on the highest setting. So nice to have the large size option.

Just recently the heating pad was not turning on. I called the Pure Enrichment company for troubleshooting advice. After the company determined it was something not fixable they arranged for me to get a new heating pad. The heating pad came the next day. I also have several air purifiers from this company that I have had for quite a few years that run constantly that are of the highest quality. I really mean it when I say that their products and polite helpful customer service is impressive. I would just like to add that the Far Infrared heating pad has the most deep penetrating soothing warmth. A regular heating pad cannot compare with this type of technology. A regular heating pad just feels like surface heating and inferior compared to Far Infrared. Whatever pain or soreness you have, in my opinion this is a truly a therapeutic device. I urge you to read about the benefits of Far Infrared and you will find this type of heating pad is a great investment for your health.

After purchasing several cheaper heating pads that got barely warm, I was elated to find this one. Not only does it put out plenty of heat, but it is well constructed and the material is very soft.

Enjoyed it while it lasted but It didn't even make it a year. I'm not going to reorder, it wasn't quality to last. It just quit working one day.

This heating pad surprised me in the best way. It feels premium right out of the box, and unlike others I’ve owned, it stays completely flat even after cooling down. No weird curling, no stiff edges—just a solid, well‑made pad that’s easy to position exactly where you need it.The infrared heat is fantastic. It’s deeper and more soothing than regular electric pads, and it stays consistent across the whole surface.My only frustration is the auto‑off feature. It shuts off pretty quickly, and there’s no option to extend the time. I understand the safety angle, but it would be great to have at least a couple of timer settings.If you can live with restarting it during longer sessions, the quality and heat performance make this a strong choice.
