This pillow has exceeded my expectations, and I honestly can’t sleep without it now. I’ve had neck and shoulder issues for several years, and this is the first pillow that has genuinely eased the pain and stiffness I was waking up with. One feature I really appreciate is that the pillow has two different height options built into the contour design. It lets you choose the side that gives you the best elevation and alignment. I use the slightly higher side, and it has been perfect for supporting my neck as a side sleeper. The pillow feels soft but very supportive, and the queen size gives a generous surface area. The memory foam holds its shape extremely well, and I had no adjustment period at all – I slept comfortably from the very first night. Since using this pillow, my neck pain and stiffness have improved significantly, and the cooling pillowcase is a nice bonus. Pretty comfortable, good support. Only real issue is the size - ordered king sized, and they're tiny. I mean barely a regular pillow sized. So just be aware these will not fit well in a king pillow case.

Helps reduce shoulder pain for side sleepers. I had little hope that it would actually help reduce the pain, but it does. It does not eliminate the pain, but it helps more than other pillows. I think the shape of the pillow reduces the stress on the shoulders you are sleeping on.

The instructions said that I might feel sore up to 14 days while adjusting, but I felt great from the very first night! I have been getting a much better night's sleep ever since buying this pillow. I had a little pain last night but overall my sleep quality has definitely improved. Highly recommend.

It's a very comfortable pillow. The cooling works fairly well and I feel a lot more at ease resting my arm under the side of it. My only critique, is my shoulders are more broad then the average person. So as far as support, it feels like it should be a little taller for those with wider shoulders. It feels like it's better suited to the average person, but for those with more broad shoulders, you might need an additional thin pillow under it.

La almohada es muy comoda para dormir, tiene muy buen soporte para el cuello. El unico detalle es que dice tamñao KS, sin embargo comparado con otras almohadas KS es mas pequeña. Fuera de eso funciona de maravilla
