Pros-The headset is really comfortable, I wear it for 9 hours a day with no discomfort at all-The call quality is amazing-The mute button which is a simple tap on the earpiece, lets you know, audioable, it mutes and unmutes, which is so nice.-The ease of use, content to Bluetooth or lug in the Bluetooth adapter and you are good to go,- When I'm speaking, everything sounds smooth, no letters or words sound harsh or hard.Cons Noise-canceling microphone, not as good as I would like it to be. I'd say anything further than 5/6 ft you will not hear but anything within that range, it picks up with perfect clarity.

I bought these headphones for work. I needed a headset that worked well and wasn't bulky. I know some people like to wear headphones in both ears, but I only wanted one.These headphones worked great right out of the box. I plugged in the USB and it connected without a hitch. I like that the mute button is on the earpiece, it makes it easier to use. I'm still getting used to the other buttons, but they are all very functional and intuitive.Overall, this is a great headset for my work and I use it multiple times throughout the day. The battery life is long and the sound clarity is excellent.

Needs a way to see how much battery is left before needing a charge. Buttons need to be more clearly labeled (I'm old). The sound is great! It quickly connects to your phone after being paired the first time! I've used them for a week with no problems. So far....worth the purchase!

The sound and clarity are amazing. I can use this with my hearing aid no problems.

The headset is light weight and sound quality is outstanding. The mouth piece can be moved around to make you more comfortable. I removed the fizzy cover on the end of the mouthpiece and it works great and is more easily cleaned. I bought the one with the charging stand. I tried charging with and without the stand. Mine hangs from a hook in my cubicle and this one hangs perfectly enough that I can plug the charger cord directly into the headset to charge. Can be used for at least 8 hrs. So it holds a good charge. This headset is worth the buy.

I was only able to use it 1 time nit even 8 hr it kicked out I tried charging it and was not able to get it to work again will be returning

So I bought this headset back in May of 2023. I work from home so I need a headset for meetings. It worked great the first month then I started having connection issues, probably my fault. I started using it again a few months ago and had people in my meetings complaining about not being able to hear me due to static. The sound on my side was great. I couldn’t get it fixed, my return window was closed so I went back to the wired headset. I just started looking for a new wireless headset again and decided to review this.

Was worried because some products lock on a Bluetooth and hard to change. For one to the other, this is easy and is great.
