Easy to fit and works well
I bought this infra red switch as I am fitting an extract fan in my bathroom and wanted an independent switch for it rather than wiring through the light switch as I don't always need the fan on when the light is on or vice versa. This switch does the job perfectly and as there is no physical contact with it, it is perfectly safe to use in the bathroom. A good product for the price.

Works well
The device works very well and exactly what I needed. i.e. as a contact-less switch to a bathroom mirror light.I have given it a score of 4 (and not 5 ) as I think the controller box depth could be lower. In my case it restricted the location (back of the mirror) to the very top as in all it protruded beyond the mirror mounting brackets.

Faulty After 6 Months - 30 Day Warranty Only
Started switching itself on after 6 months. This was on an en-suite bathroom mirror with no passing traffic to accidentally trigger the motion switch. Contacted the seller who stated the warranty is only for 30 days.Make your own mind up, but if the product is only warranted for 30 days I think that sends a clear message about the quality.

Good product
Item is very compact and works well. I bought this to switch bathroom cabinet light. Instructions aren't great though. The live input and the live output are on the outer terminals.

Attention ce n'est pas adapté pour des spots de cuisine
J'ai pris ce produit pour commander les spots de ma nouvelle cuisine. Cependant, ce capteur n'est pas adapté.En effet, si il y a rien devant le capteur les spots restent allumés. Ainsi, je suis obligé de mettre un scotch ou de racheter l'autre produit quasi similaire.Pouvez vous mettre dans la description ces éléments et enlever la photo de la personne dans sa cuisine en train d'allumer des spots?Merci

Ce capteur n'est pas un interrupteur !!!
Attention ce capteur n'est pas un interrupteur c'est utilisable uniquement comme capteur d'ouverture ce met hors fonction automatiquement dès à chaque mouvement. Ne correspond pas à mon besoin
